Buy a Boat
All buyers must register with Crazy Mike’s prior to auction close. The bidding deposit is $750.00.
The purpose of Crazy Mike’s auction is to drive buyers and sellers together and facilitate good deals for buyers and cash for sellers with minimal hassle in a safe and pleasurable environment using sound financial practices.
Buyer agrees to an 8% buyer’s premium added to hid high bid price.
The auction “winners” have an option to enter a 21 day conventional boat purchase or buy at 4% discount within 7 days of the winning bid.
Buyers may schedule private inspections prior to auction close or offer after a successful high bid.
It is understood that Crazy Mike’s will have checked and cleared title prior to completion of auction sale process.
Mayer can provide short term insurance on vessel if necessary for buyer on request (ask for quote please).
Short term wet dockage and dry storage is available to buyers ($1.00/ft/day) starting 24 hours after your purchase.
Mayer will process title work for $400.00 plus any taxes (if applicable) and/or government fees (if applicable) or buyer may accept executed sales documents and process himself.
