1. All sellers welcome although Crazy Mike’s retains the right to exclude any inventory for its own reasons.
2. Crazy Mike’s will accept boats central listing agreements with another establishment or a central or open listing with Mayer.
3. Cost is $250.00 non refundable (though deductible from 10% commission (or $1,500.00 whichever is greater) when/if your boat is sold at present auction.
4. All unsucessful sellers from first auction are invited to participate at no charge.

Crazy Mike’s has 2 types of auction boats:

1) Open auction with reserve set by seller. STARTING PRICE MAY BE BELOW RESERVE; seller will be contacted at high bid termination, (if below reserve) to attempt to complete a sale.

2) Open auction no reserve. The high bidder wins.
